I commend those that are still working with all the people that suddenly don’t. My place is and has been flooded due to poor management along the roads for drainage. I have contacted them numerous times about drainage and draining what’s there. Still no luck on someone even stopping by to look. I’m concerned it will take someone having an accident due to the flooded roads before they’ll do anything. Disappointed when I get taxed to maintain this stuff and it’s not.

The woman named Maria needs to work on her people skills, very rude and seems like she hates her job. I would expect somebody with a friendly attitude and patience would be helping the community with concerns and questions.

I RESIDE IN THE "MADERA ACRES" AREA OF THE COUNTY. THERE ARE SO MANY POTHOLES AND OUTRAGEOUSLY ROUGH ROADS THAT I BELIEVE THAT THE "MADERA COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT" SHOULD MAIL OUT COUPONS FOR A FULL 100% FREE SET OF "SHOCKS" FOR ANY RESIDENT FORCED TO DRIVE ON WHAT I CONSIDER TO BE THE WORST MAINTAINED ROADS IN ALL OF CALIFORNIA. AT A MINIMUM.... EACH RESIDENCE SHOULD BE ALLOWED A REDUCTION IN THEIR "COUNTY TAXES" BY THE EQUIVALENT OF THE COST OF A FULL SET OF "SHOCKS" FOR BEING FORCED TO DRIVE ON THE WORST ROADS IN THE COUNTY.
