Since we were at The Falls Mall, we decided to stop in at Macy's and visit their shoe department. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. My daughter wound up buying 2 pairs of Michael Kors shoes on sale, but I didn't see anything that I needed at this time. I love going through their cosmetics department because it always smells so good over there. We didn't stay long because we were on a mission to get to Key Largo.

Parking was close by, and there were wheelchair accessible spots. It was pouring rain so we hurried to our car.

Macy's at The Falls Shopping Center has been a staple in the mall for many years. It has always been a must go to store when I go to The Falls. However, our most recent visit was less exciting than we had experienced in past years. Usually at this time of the year, there are festive decorations, and specials, and a great holiday feel. This time, it felt as if they half-heartedly put the few decorations we saw up, and it just did not have the same holiday feel. The clothes, etc are always nice, but there was just not anything I felt I had to buy on this trip.

UZMA Q. This review is for you! Thank you so much for all your help at the Clarins counter. You were very patient and polite. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns . Your recommendation for skin care worked out perfect for me! Hope to see you at the The Falls again when I run out of my products. 😊

Beware of Macy’s Perfume & Cologne Department Employees!
Be extremely cautious when allowing employees, especially in the Perfume & Cologne department, to look up your Macy’s Card information to pay for your purchases. I had my card at home and provided my details for a purchase, only to later find over $1,000 in unauthorized charges for Sauvage Dior for men on my account. They even managed to use my card again at the Aventura Macy’s without my consent.

On Christmas, my mother’s card information was also stolen under similar circumstances, leading to unauthorized charges on her account as well.

This kind of breach of trust is unacceptable. No wonder Macy’s stores are closing across the country—when you can’t even trust their employees with sensitive information, it seriously harms the company’s reputation. I urge everyone to be extremely cautious and monitor their accounts closely after shopping at Macy’s at the Falls.

I wanted a certain women's perfume that formerly was sold at Macy's. So I called this store to see if they had it. Nobody answered the phone so I drove over to the store. The staff member at Estee Lauder was playing on her phone. She didn't even know the perfume and suggested I order it online. When I asked her why no one answered the phone, she told me they were understaffed. Can't answer the phone but can play on her mobile phone. No wonder this store is failing. Good luck.

I’ve been a Macy’s customer for years because I appreciate the ability to try on clothes before making a purchase. However, I was really frustrated to discover that Macy’s now has a policy where you can’t unpack a t-shirt to try it on, or at least that what their manager Melayda told me. The whole reason I shop in-store instead of online is so I can make sure the fit is right before buying. If I wanted to buy clothing without trying it on, I’d just shop on Amazon. This policy completely defeats the purpose of shopping in-store, and it’s making me reconsider coming back.

I was there at about 1100 hrs. Hardly any customers in the store. They are doing remodeling on the upper floor. I had difficulty finding what I was looking for as those items were moved from the 3rd floor to the first floor. Some of the employees were good at wishing me and asking if they could assist me. But most were seen chatting among themselves and not all that customer friendly Maybe because there were hardly any customers.
