My daughter was stranded in a rural area of Vermont. I’m not sure who told MacKay Towing my daughter was out there, it may have been the police. However he found out we are very grateful! Not only did he change her tire. He made sure she knew how to change a tire. My daughter was safe and his presence and I appreciate that very much. Highly recommend!

My local police department have a history or targeting, harassment, and abuse of power along with many other issues. They've found a game in having me towed regularly. I've gone with McKay every time. They've been understanding, helpful, and work around my budget every time. I'd give more stars if I could. 200% would recommend to everyone and will continue to have them as my go to!

Phenomenal service from the minute they picked up the phone. No one would help me with the predicament I was in and these guys had zero hesitation. Most tow drivers are stand offish in my opinion. This driver was extremely friendly and enjoyed having conversation with me. Will have both my professional and personal business from here on out.

Avoid them if at all possible they are dishonest. Go with Caron in Northumberland NH or chose someone else. I can give you a whole list of stores way not to use carans but I will give you my two expanses with them both were not good and showed them to be dishonest. They will try every thing thy can to drive the cost up. My first similar experience with them was about 6 years ago my wife slid off the road on a snowy day. The polices called them to come pull her out and she was very specific to take the car to D&S auto to have it looked over for damage. Then the towing company calls back and says thy didn't know were to take it and took it to there garage and wanted to charge for a secant tow to take it to D&S. Then after talking to D&S about it the owner says that was no mistake they do that to try to make more money and it was not the first time. So since then I have avoiding them at all cost. So again yesterday I needed a tow because my truck starter was bad. And again the same dishonest kind of tactics were used. I have a 92 supper duty that Caron's has towed for my with his small rollback and. So I have AAA and called to have it taken back to my house. AAA says they are contacted Caron's and thy will be on the way. So I had no concerns then I get a call back and says Caron's is out on a call so they will be sending MacKay. Immediately I was concerned but thought this time it is thought AAA so maybe it will be OK. I gave the AAA on the phone the year make and model. And because it was a supper duty I also gave him the dimensions and wight for the drivers information. The driver gets there and says I cant tow it with this truck. I have to use my bigger one it is more money per hr and there is a minimum of 2 hrs and you will have to pay after hour rate in addition. It looked like a heavy duty truck than the one Caron's has used for my in the past. It was clear that it would fit on the truck and had already said the weight was fine before AAA had dis-paced him. I pointed this out to the diver and he said that is not the point and hesitated as though he was trying to come up with something and said these roads are band and I will be over weight. My friend and I looked at each other in disbelief. He just told us he needed to go get a bigger truck, and he said that weight was fine before he came. Now that it was very clear to both of use what he was trying to do we told him we didn't want his services and sent him on his way. Again go with someone else you will be ripped off. Look around at his reveres he is not to be trusted. Just ask the garages around hear. I hope AAA gets rid of him soon I know it is just mater of time.

Al, and his team are life savers. I lived in Lancaster, NH but moved to VAAl, and his team are life savers. I lived in Lancaster, NH but moved to VA a couple years ago. I left equipment to include our trailer on our property in Lancaster. Anyone who has left vehicles alone over a two year period knows you're going to need to have work done to the vehicles. Al walked us through purchasing new tire, and rims for our single axel trailer. I did not have the tools to accomplish the job myself because I was unprepared. So naturally I called someone who could get the job done. Instead of charging me for the job, he gave me the tools I needed to get the job done myself. Al does not know us, his only safety was knowing I am a Veteran. When I went to drop his tools back off he did a quick inspection to make sure everything worked. When I went to give him money for his help he respectfully turned it down, and thanked me for my service. There are not a lot of people you can trust especially when it comes to money, but Al, and his team you can. I wish you the best of luck, and hard work with your business. I will be using your services again.
