Rating is for my experience with them as a truck driver making a delivery. Their employees were pretty fast with unloading my trailer & they got the items counted fast & my paperwork work to me fast as well. Not the easiest place to back a trailer into, but far from the hardest; really is on the municipality for not making sure the roads were wide enough.

I ordered a Matco tool box and a company called ML Mathews delivered it last week
The driver Enrique took the time to unbox it for me to make sure it wasn’t damaged or scratched

Enrique and Bram hit their cabinet delivery out of the park. They were on time, friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to fit the 17-piece order through a small, awkward doorway. They worked well together with humor and cooperation. I could not have asked for a better delivery experience.

Unethical, unprofessional group of people. HORRIBLE COMPANY. “White glove service, two man truck” did not happen. Only one person who expected me (age 71) to help haul queen sized mattress and box spring up to second floor and help remove existing bedding. “Jacob” in “customer service” refused to answer or respond to my calls. Damaged product. Company does not even rate one star.

If I could zero stars I would. This place is the most uncaring unprofessional and worthless distribution company I've ever had the unfortunate displeasure of working with. I had a delivery that I had to work around a move I was making and they (Dana specifically) had absolutely NO empathy for my situation, wasn't listening to questions, and was very rude during our call. If you have a choice these people are NOT worth dealing with and Dana should be fired from customer service immediately.

Revised: M L Matthews fixed the problem and brought our cabinet upstairs a few days after delivery.

We had a custom linen cabinet delivered today by this company. They did not contact us when they arrived and left the cabinet in our garage without telling anyone. We did not get to inspect the cabinet before they left and it was not brought into our second floor bathroom where it was supposed to be delivered. It is 84 inches tall, so it is going to be difficult to get it upstairs. When I reached out to the company who I purchased the cabinet from, ML Matthews told them that my husband signed for the cabinet. This is not true and we are frustrated with the overall experience.
