I was at Lyndonville Hardware and couldn’t find what I needed. A young man who was working stopped what he was doing and asked if I needed help. He showed me to the correct aisle and also found the correct type of light bulb. His name is Rowan and I am so glad he knew exactly how to help and was so nice. Thank you Rowan!

Very clean store, the people are great and very helpful when needing to find things, they know right where stuff is,
I personally use the lumberyard quite a lot being a contractor Cody in the back office is very good nose product well gets right back to you guys in the yard go the extra mile loading your materials, rain or shine cold or hot.

Very nice people! Helpful and knowledgeable. So much nicer than the big hardware stores where I can never find what I need and usually can't find anyone to help me. I also appreciate the fact that they take UPS packages. Highly recommend.

Used to be a great local place to shop, now that Aubuchon owns it they will not answer the phones, prices for goods that are damaged or missing pieces are WAY too high, and the corporate slogan is we fleece you because of inflation. Why wouldn’t the store manager address the criticism instead of some corporate email address they reply with to negative reviews that probably goes to nowhere just like the answering service. Redirects you back to the business location Why?

I gave this a 2 star review. The reason is below. I gave it a 5 star review because those are the only ones that they appear to read. Please go with the 2 star review or less, this place has gone down hill.

You can never reach them by phone to ask questions. Because it always goes to an automated that says they are helping other customers. Please call back later and their prices are very high, not a very good store anymore.
