They will not hold an item for the rural villages until you get the whole freight payment. Where the freight competition? Freight is very expensive, thanks to the company I got atv from will hold it for me until I pay for my atv shipping fee. They will not do parcel payments.

Awesome people working at the front counter. Very helpful. Always going a step beyond amazing, to get my freight out numerous times a week.
I find the majority of the warehouse workers working very hard to get my pallets and boxes processed to get me out and on my way .
Freight handling is a very important operation for me and the do a top dollar job.

If i could give zero stars i would. If you want your freight to be late by a week or two ship it with lynden. Alaska villages are hard enough to get things to as it is, but if you want to make it harder ship with these guys.

If you pay extra for priority then you should expect to get all your pieces at the same time and not 5 days between flights.

Wish I could get my freight on time my job depends on getting freight to complete jobs. If you send with priority still won’t get the freight for 2 weeks

Seem to cancel flights for no good reason, the weather is fine they will still cancel and it will show up 2 weeks later.
