I am shocked at the lack of professionalism. Their predecessor (Golden Egg) distributed our products for years. Ship Hero lasted for about a year and made mistakes on almost every order... late, wrong product, etc. Then last Thursday, they sent notification that they wanted our products gone within two weeks so they make room for more profitable products. Then they refused to off-load a truck that arrived Monday, which was already on the road when they sent notification. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
