Working with Luigys Moving & Storage was nothing short of incredible. I had never used professional office movers before, so not only did I not know what to expect/what was needed of me, but we also had an incredibly short turn around time of one day. Yes, that's right, ONE day for a long distance move. The minute Gerson picked up the phone to my panicked voice, I felt a sense of relief.
He quickly got back to me to confirm that they could in fact do the move (!) and shared all the steps that would happen, what was needed, and everything in-between.
From the moment the 3 movers arrived, everything went so smoothly and efficiently. Their communication is incredible, they worked SO fast, and were incredibly kind.
If we end up moving again, or if I do personally, I will absolutely use Luigys Moving & Storage.

Luigy's did an amazing job, and I would recommend them to anyone. They started with a video conference to observe the items to be moved. It was fast and comprehensive. The estimate came in the next day and I found it to be very reasonable. The coordinator, William, was friendly and professional. On moving day a team of four showed up and immediately went to work. The team was led by Luis, and he was extremely kind and professional. The moving team was fast and efficient, but I also observed them take the required time to be careful and safe. There was not a single wall or door ding the entire moving process. The unpacking at the new location was just as fast and careful. I could not be more impressed.

My friend needed to move from Larkspur to Novato and her experience with prior movers was very unsatisfactory. The Property Manager at the new location recommended Luigy's so we decided to use them. They were amazing! I had several phone calls with them and sent pictures of the rooms. William was more than accommodating and sent three men and 2 trucks. They were incredibly fast but careful in packing and unpacking the trucks. Luis was extremely caring with my friend's cherished items. The final bill was considerably lower than the quote. They are a very honest and professional company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a small job on short notice and Frank was able to move things around to get guys to my job the next day. Garrison and his team arrived and dived right in. These guys move fast and efficient. They had a problem solve a couple of things, and then had everything packed up and on the truck in a flash. They took great care with the packing, but they also took great care with the walls and doorways to protect them from accidental damage. A job well done.

Luigys was recommended by our stager, and we appreciated her advice. 7 guys worked very hard all day and moved us out of our five bedroom home in one day. They helped pack a lot of the rooms and carried out several very heavy pieces (down internal stairs), without any problems. Very friendly guys and we recommend them. They came on time, worked hard, and got it done to meet our schedule. A pleasure.
