Excellent service at almost half the price you would pay the provider directly. Excellent customer service. They would respond to your questions right away and would follow up on emails and calls until your luggage is delivered safely. I was doubtful if my all my 5 luggage suitcases would be delivered properly on time, but all of them got delivered on time safely. Just remember to follow their direction on how to paste the shipping label on the luggage. Thank you guys, keep doing the great job!

This will be my first interaction with this company. So far the interaction with customer service has been great. It's hard to find companies, that actually treat you with kindness and value your opinion and business 👍🏾

I found out about this service because as a FedEx delivery driver, I've delivered my share of suitcases. I didn't know such an option existed. It worked out so beautifully to send my luggage ahead of my trip, and saved me money instead of paying the airline. It was easy to navigate and get to the shipper (not LTS's issue, but the shipper was disappointing). They gave clear instructions on how to prepare for shipping.

One thing that stood out was LTS contacted me BY PHONE when I'd placed a second order to have a third piece shipped, after I'd sent the first one on the same day. They were checking to see that there wasn't an error. This I appreciated. I would use this service again and again AND recommend it to those I know who travel a lot. I'd like to see how they do internationally.

Luggage to Ship with FedEx Charging 100% (!) in Import Fees & Ignoring Humanitarian Aid Requests!

I had an awful experience with Luggage To Ship and FedEx. I sent a parcel tracking number 771299153113 from the USA to the UK containing my old, used clothes and shoes for women refugees—a purely humanitarian shipment. The total value of the parcel was $250, yet FedEx slapped my receiver with a shocking £206.33 fee (basically 100% of the parcel’s value!) In 2 weeks they sent me the invoice for £118.24 mentioning that there will be another invoice later after I pay that one!

I reached them out multiple times, explaining that this was a donation and requesting a waiver, but FedEx completely ignored all my emails. No response, no support—just silence. Luggage To Ship instead of helping to solve this problem every other day intimidated me that my parcel would be destroyed if I don't pay $267 for return!!!

This is beyond disappointing, absolutely shocking and absolutely not humane!
I will never use their service again and strongly advise others to be cautious—especially if shipping international!
