they treat drivers like animals, forcing them to sit literally in a dirty cage for hours and wait. No water, no restrooms.
It is such a shame to WFS and Lufthansa. The U.S. Dept of labor should have closed this business until they change their business procedures.

Stay away from this location. They took 4 hrs and puts you inside a dog cage. BEWARE. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

It’s a very bad place, all the employees talk to each other not about work but about personal matters. It usually takes 5 minutes to look at cargo documents; one document was not loaded for two hours and after my requests to look at the documents they started working. Bad employees and bad atmosphere at work bad service

Sit in a cage for a few hours. Then get told where to park and be expected to be untarped, unsecured, and packed up ready to leave in 5 minutes flat. LMAO

There are about 4 chairs and no bathroom. Most of the girls at front desk just sit there gossipping about what they like or don't like, and seem to have little to no regard for your time. I got here at 4:35pm, still waiting and it is 20 til' 7. Doubt anyone even cares about our opinions after seeing all the other 1 star reviews on here. What a shame.
