In light of the most recent unfortunate events, Customer Service and the folks in Rocklin at the service center has been AMAZING, there hasn’t been one single person that hasn’t made me feel that my problem wasn’t their problem. Everyone has taken ownership and has embraced my wife and I as we navigated this unfortunate experiences. By that I mean my wife having to come rescue me, getting stuck in the mountains, by herself, at a gas station because of an untimely snowstorm. Denis, Dominic from customer service and Zack, Omar from Rocklin service have all been AMAZING!! All providing red carpet service going WAY above and beyond!

In fact, Omar came in on his day off to drive to Reno with Zack to service and retrieve my vehicle being that I had to leave it there due to the service issue, that's 127 miles away!

Good on you Lucid for hiring such talented, respectable representatives! 10/10 I would recommend.
