We contacted LTS containers to inquire about a shipping container to move our household belongings into. Oscar assisted us in finding the size and type of container to suit our needs and was even able to provide a fully insulated one of greater size than we realized was available. He was up front about the condition of the used container. He answered our many questions very patiently and provided photographs of the two containers that we were considering. The only aspect of the transaction that was concerning to us was wiring money because we had never done that before.
It turns out that we were wiring our money into LTS Containers, but through the same large bank. That put us at ease. Oscar promptly verified the money was received and arrangements were made for delivery. We received the container and were very pleased to find that it was in better condition than the photographs suggested.
In addition, the shipping was prompt and well done. Unloading and leveling was quick and easy. We had 6x6 timbers positioned to pull under as the container was eased off the truck.
