This location does NOT do exchanges (even when exchanging for same product, different size) only refunds. This ties up additional funds and they do not care, customer service staff is not kind! I tried to asked if there was anything they could do to assist me (as I was trying to help some people out) and they did not care. I will take my home improvement funds to other retailers.

To make matters worse my credit card currently has two identical pending transactions (from what I had to buy after they refused to give me an exchange). I am sure this will rectify it self eventually, but this has tied up even more of my funds! The ladies working customer service need additional training, but they are not fully honoring lowes return policy!

I was wondering if Lowes had any other stores other than Lakeshore with less trained, under informed, don't give a damn customer service personnel.

I found it in LEEDS. They had no one working on the Pro side of the building and their ONE person that could drive a forklift was at lunch, which meant I would have to wait over an hour to get my cement loaded.

Driving another 20 minutes to Home Depot doesn't seem too bad.

My experiance at this Lowes location is always a positive one. The worker Daniel in pro services was super informative, knowlagable, helpful and went above and beyond. I wouldnt be suprised to see him running the store one day.

There prices are alot higher on items I was looking at. Trying to sell a Craftsman trimmer for the price of a Stihl. Your better off going to home Depot if your looking for those items. I know it's not the store but corporate. I never had any issues with the store other than that

Typical Lowe's with everything you would need. 1 register open and 2 self checkout available on a Sunday around noon. Friendly employees
