I'd like to thank Ben in particular for saving Christmas this year. I had been to 4 different stores in search of Yeti shot glasses which were quite the hot commodity this year. After calling the store, Ben was able to track down a set in the correct color, and set them aside for me. Thank you Ben, Merry Christmas!

Great "old school" hardware store, been going there for decades. Not a place for construction materials necessarily, but small items and consumables, paint, gardening...they've got a great selection. And really nice, helpful staff.

When I got out of the doctor's office, it was raining steadily and my windshield wiper malfunctioned. I was stuck and thought I might have to wait for the rain to stop before going anywhere. Good thing I found this hardware store nearby. The nice front desk lady calmly called their employee Elijah. Elijah walked out to my car in the rain, checked my windshield wiper and fixed the problem!

This is a hardware store with top notch service. There are so many helpful staff members on the floor ready to help you find the product you need to fix, paint, service or repair something in your home. When you walk down the aisle it’s not unusual for you to run across two staff members who will greet you and also ask you if you need any help. Not only are they ready to help, but they are super knowledgeable about the products and will even walk you to the isle where it is located. If you don’t need any large items like lumber that Home Depot has this is the store that has everything that you could find and get in and out of the store without walking down these long huge isles wasting your time. Ace Hardware has almost everything. Go check it out if you have never been there. It’s worth a visit.

Friendly staff willing to help. The prices are slightly higher than the big home improvement stores, but there are some specialty items that are not widely available elsewhere. The experience is professional and worth the trip to the store.
