I reached out to Auto Shipping Group because I could not get a definitive answer from another company I had arranged to ship my car for our cross country move.
I was fortunate to have Felicia answer the call to customer service. She exceeded our expectations and the entire transaction was excellent. Felicia arranged for our car to be picked up in Medford NJ and taken to Kennewick WA while I was on the phone with my FIRST initial call! She arranged a three way call with the drivers company and saved us 400.00!!!
Felicia continued to communicate directly with me as well as followed up on the communication and performance of the actual driver. This company and their staff is reliable, dependable and took care of transporting our vehicle without any added stress during our move.
Special thanks to Felicia for her pleasant professionalism and excellent communication from start to finish. I really felt comfortable knowing the transporting of our car was in her hands.

Had some difficulty getting the vehicle shipped directly to my rural location (Taos, NM, waited 2 weeks), but as soon as I posted a city where I had contacts they had a price-competitive very fast option within 20 minutes.

Everyone was easy to deal with and having had bad experiences in the past with shippers, this driver was very professional and courteous.

Just understand, if you live out of a major metropolitan area it will take a long time to get a car shipped directly there, this isn't their fault as they are a middle man in the process.

My only quibble was that the contact person couldn't answer specific questions because she was not the direct dispatch center.

ASG was great. I worked a wonderful lady named Hydie and she was polite and informative the whole step of the way. She had my carrier ready in about 5-7 days, and the carriers were great people as well. Overall it was a great experience for a first time 'car-shipper' like myself.

I had absolutely no issues . I was leary hoping this wasnt a scam but well worth it. I was nervous because my 2015 can am side by side was taken from Florida to Pennsylvania and it just so happens Pennsylvania was in the middle of snow and ice storms. ... the delivery guy was great...took great care of my belongings and even was able to get it right to my house... I would use this service again...
