I have been a customer of Lone Pine for just over 10 years. The facility is great, clean and pretty fair pricing. The recent change in ownership brought some changes that were not too clear. Frustrated with the letters I kept getting, I called to get clarification or make plans to vacate and find some place. I was lucky enough to reach Kristi. She was patient, listened, explained in layman's terms... just a breath of fresh air to be spoken to like a person and not a locker number. I am very grateful for Kristi's professionalism and will be loyal customer for another 10+ years.
