Worst furniture delivery experience of my life! Several walls were damaged without apology, movers were extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked them to push the sectional closer to the wall since it was set up a foot and a half from the wall in the middle of the room I was told to "get my friends to come over and move it" because they were running late and didn't have time to. Sure glad I got the "White Glove Delivery". They arrived 3 hours later than the time window and never called to let me know. The couch also arrived with a big gouge in it so I had to call COSTCO to arrange for an exchange. When I requested the exchange and informed COSTCO of the awful delivery experience they said they subcontract and therefore the employees aren't theirs...
NOW- Fast forward to the second delivery to replace the damaged item. I requested a different delivery team since the first was terrible. What did I get the 2nd time around? EVEN WORSE!! A crew that was ticked off they had to remove the damaged sectional and unpack and bring in the new one. They were cursing and saying I was crazy for having them load up the damaged sectional because they just wanted to replace the damaged piece. I explained that COSTCO wanted a full change out to guarantee the leather matches. Their response was "this BCH is F*ING CRAZY". After that I was very uncomfortable with them in my house. They actually told me then that this sectional would NEVER HOOK together because I have carpet?!?! At this point the crew had loaded up the returned item and was at the truck unpackaging the replacement. I went outside and told them I'm refusing the item if the pieces won't hook. WHAT IS THE POINT IN HAVING A SECTIONAL WITH PIECES that don't hook This was such a TERRIBLE experience that when I buy furniture I ask who they use to do their deliveries. If LOGICAL LOGISTICS is used I will NEVER patronize those furniture stores.
