This is worst Broker on the 🌎. I don't know how to explain shippers do not hire these idiots. I told my company ask freightbroker first who is the custom broker if custom broker is Livingston do not book load. All drivers fed up with these idiots. DONT USE THESE IDIOTS.

The system is down again and again... the worst broker in North America. Clear the load for 4 days is unbelievable.
Destroy all my booked loads for the whole week, relationships with my customers, business reputation.
Please STOP using service from that broker.

Back before Affiliated merged with Livingston they were a great company to work with. Since the merger with Livingston customer service is horrible!!! Have shipments not clearing in a timely manner drivers getting stuck at the border etc... Can't get in touch with anyone to fix problems.
