Like most companies, there's ups and downs , I see a lot of deception in the reviews . For starters, I have been here since March 2023 and have never once missed a home time request, I have always been given my full 7 days or longer if needed without any issue . When a problem arises they are quick to help solve it . Any time I have a break down I never have to wait they get on it and get it handled . Dispatch always listens , you may have disagreements but a solution will be given . I have been sick recently and they were understanding and allowed me down time . They are very understanding. Not every day will be sunshine and rainbows . Every company has flaws and not every driver is perfect. I see reviews saying they fire you over the dumbest shit . If they fired people for no reason I would have been fired 100 times over . I drive truck 585 .

We started to work with LIV enterprise over 1 year ago and they saved our drivers a big time, with loads they gave us sometimes one way and next time round trips and rates they pay over market.
If you ever need help with good loads and good service contact Jacob or Justin Smith those guys work over time. Always have a time to help you and to figure things out for you. I really never had problem with them and i really want to keep good work here.

Worked with these people leased a truck from them you’ll make a $8,000 check and maybe take home $600 check out they lawsuit and if you disagree with them they will bring you to Chicago telling you your truck need service and then they will fire you and you got to find away home you got to do two weeks in the hole before you get a check all they loads are off dat and half they reviews are them not drivers this company is why people are afraid to work with Chicago based companies they only scam people if you want to keep your house car and wife plz don’t go here you rather lease with swift pride or knight transportation

Absolutely terrible. Dispatch gave me instructions, I followed them and then get let go for his bad decision. All after flying (on my own dime) across the country and driving my truck to my house to pick up my things, and then being left in Chicago with no way to get my stuff back home. Be careful of a guy named Deni, he lied to the managers about his own mistake. Good riddance!
And another update after being let go for nothing but lies. After they let me go, they said they could "help me in this time of need" and book me a hotel for the weekend to try and get a friend to come help bring my personal belongings back home, I find out they booked one night, not 3. Now I'm on my own in a city I don't live in, with no pay, no job, and still no way to get my stuff home. And of course they don't answer their phones. Zero stars, beware of this company!
