This place used to have the best pizzas! Today I went and ordered my usual supreme pizza, and there was literally no cheese on it. I took a back and slid it across. the counter to the the young man and asked him if they had run out of cheese. He opens it up and just stares at it. He shakes his head and says "I can't do anything about it." I told him to just give my money back. He said "oh, I can refund you." I told him that all the pizzas that have ever come out of there before were absolutely great. He says to me that the district manager just told them that they all need cut back on cheese because they're losing money. So there you go, from the mouth of the district manager.... "Come to Little Caesars for a no cheese pizza!" Hey, Mr district manager... How about you just raise the price a little instead of ruining the pizza and your business? Your return pizzas are going to cause you to lose more money than

UPDATE: I went to Marco's Pizza we got the best deluxe pizza ever! Just look at it! PICTURE IS OF MARCO'S DELUXE PIZZA! NO SHORTAGE OF CHEESE THERE!

I don't know who is running this place but it's in bad shape, it's nasty inside and out! Eat at your own risk cause there is no telling how dirty the cooking equipment is.

Can not even believe what I just experienced. Order through the app just like thousands have done with other pizza chains and restaurants and then I get my estimated time for pick up and when I arrive 15 mins after my estimated pick up the young lady comes to the window and tells me they just opened and it will be another 45 mins before I will receive my order. Then I ask about a refund and she tells me well we do not have a manger here because he’s in jail. I then look at her then look forward and then back to her with an amazement look of what! So am forced to wait now until someone can come to the store and submit the refund or return to get my order. This will be the last time I use this place, I have had issues in the past using them and having to wait long periods of time and staff do not even have a clue what customer service is. This store needs an overhaul fast because there is no way this store is profitable.

We ordered the hot and ready pizza. It was not hot and ready, they said 15 minutes and 25 minutes later still could not tell us when our pizza would be ready. This has happened too many times at this location to ever want to give them any money again.

This place and the management is horrible. Went and waited over an hour for a simple sausage pizza. Went inside to see how much longer and they were blasting awful rap music and cutting up. There was one workers friend that was there that was going behind the counter into the kitchen with nasty matted long hair. He obviously didn't work there. Also just taking stuff out of the drink cooler for himself. Just absolutely no sense of work ethic and extreme lack of responsibility and respect for customers and their time. I work in customer service and would never treat a customer the way they did and if I could leave 0 stars, I would.

We ordered thin crust pepperoni. We drove to the park to eat it. It was not cut. We could not get a piece because the girl took the pizza cutter and did not press hard enough to cut through the crust. We flipped it over and the crust was not cut at all. It was still in one piece. She made cut marks into the cheese but not the crust. The pizza was good but we like to have actual slices that we can pick up to eat. We had to use a picket knife to cut the pizza.

This is the only little caesars you got and they never have pizza ready. You always pull to the side for 20 to 30 minutes.
