LINCARE has been good to work with. The only concern I have is that the deliveries are inconsistent. Not just hours of a day, but different days sometimes. If they could give us more specific delivery windows and communicate delays, it would be less disruptive to our schedule.

Overall my experience has been good. There were a few hick ups in getting the right fitting for my C Pap but many have done the best to satisfy. Richfield location is awesome to work with. They are always helpful and concerned. THANKS MUCH.

When my husband and I first needed Lincare in 2019, the technician that delivered our suction machine didn’t even know how to hook it up. Fortunately, I was able to get it going by myself. In the last couple of years, things have really changed and everyone from the person answering the phone to the technician bringing our supplies is well trained, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Lincare in Richfield, Utah.

Kistin is so nice and welcoming and always goes out of her way to ensure I get the best answers to my questions, or even works with my doctor to get what I need so I don’t have to worry about it. I know I can trust them to handle any of my concerns.
