Currently live here . Office staff and maintenance team are great . Problem I'm having is they have subsidized renters who don't work , living in same building with working class people. If someone doesn't have a job they don't have a regular schedule. Very loud , banging around all night . Doubt the office will do anything about it . Ask about your neighbors before you rent .

I love telling everyone about Leman propertys.
Tracy Kammerer is completely amazing, understandable, down to earth, and a great landlord. I would consider her to be a close friend...She helps in anyway she can. Communication is the key. If they dont know then they cant help you
Ive seen some negative comments on here and let me just say they match your energy. So the office staff is not rude.
Living here is so relaxing, I enjoy it , I feel comfortable living right where im at❤

Needed a furnished unit and was able to obtain a month-to-month rental at Sunset Hills. Furnished unit was recently updated and had everything I needed (furniture; dishes; silverware; towels; nice TV; bed with coverings; etc). Office was helpful, unit was clean. This company had most of the rentals in the area, and I had plenty to choose from.

They leave notes on your door ,they are doing power washing Friday and to move all your stuff from under the stairs ...patio furniture, grill, chairs , bikes ... Long story short ... Friday they didn't show , Saturday , Sunday , Monday..no show!!! How long does it takes to power wash 7 small buildings? Then the office promised the kids they were building a basketball court for them ( since they stole the kids basketball hoop)).. That hasn't happened yet... Don't believe nothing they say!!!

I've lived in my apartment since 2019 and have never experienced anything less than great with Tracy Kammerer, the residential property manager. If I ever have an issue I know it'll get resolved.

Horrible ... DONT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Everyone in office are rude, very Disrespectful!! There is a employee on the Maitence crew who is very nosey and I caught him before digging thru the trash!!! This place has gone to hell over the past few years.. The parking lot is full of potholes!! The upkeep on there properties are terrible!!!

Parking Lots are full of Nails and Glass. They never clean anything up. Ran over a huge piece of metal in there parking lot, got a flat tire due to it. Now out $125 due to them not wanting to keep there properties clean.
