This is a great business. Thank you for offering these services. My son had a medical need that I found out about on a Sunday. The next trip deadline was that Tuesday. I was able to overnight some things from Amazon to make the deadline. The items were delivered to Ghana by that Saturday!!! Other package services would have cost me at least 3x the amount and might not have even made it in a month. I highly recommend them.

I’ve now sent 6 packages to my son serving in Honduras and he has received every single one. I’m so grateful for this service! I didn’t think I’d be able to reliably or safely send anything but LDSxpress has made that possible for me! I love that they have multiple drop off locations, making it a convenient option. Getting the package delivered to his mission only takes a couple of weeks after drop off but there have been times when he’s had to wait up to 6 weeks to receive it. However, that’s because of transfers, timing of zone conference, or distance from the mission office, not because of anything LDSxpress has done, so plan ahead! Thank you LDSxpress for this service! Company is fraudulent. Our package to our missionary in Argentina never arrived, and they are not responding to any requests for refund or status. Also they have deleted reference to the Argentina packages on their tracking sheet.

This is fraudulent behavior and we are continuing to try to figure out how to hold them accountable.

NO DELIVERY GUARANTEE. Christmas package dropped off in person 11/1 never delivered to Africa. Zero tracking available. Shipping refunds for undelivered packages ignored. They prefer cash but do not provide receipts. Missionary families beware! We feel duped. 💔 Would love to resolve but messages aren’t returned.

My package never made it to my Elder. On the website you’ve stated that Mission President received and signed which is a lie. Mission President NEVER receives or signs anything (per mission president’s wife).

Spent over $150 dollars on my second package which my son received an email from a missionary is southern Brazil saying his package was there… instead of up north. My son’s name and mission are no where close to the “sister” missionary who received his package millions of miles away? Oh and the first package (nearly $200) I sent through this group he never received. So who knows where that one ended up? Unreliable for sure!!!

We 100% recommend this company if you want to send packages for a very good price. We compared the price per pound with other providers like UPS and they give a much better price!
