I had a scheduled pickup yesterday between 8AM to 1PM nobody called or message me. I called the office and I was told they will follow-up with the driver. That happened twice still no call. So my whole day was wasted yesterday. This morning I called to check and the lady hang-up on me I called again and I was told that they will have the driver give me a call we’ll see.

I posted a review few weeks ago and here is an update!
So, I sent my package on April 27, 2024. On October 13th, the customer service finally reached out to me saying that they cannot locate the container where my package is and that they declared the package was lost.

The agent told me to send an email for a refund and attach all the receipts of the package content. The lady from the office wrote the value herself instead of asking me first for the right amount. She wrote $50!!

So what will I get if I don't have any receipts of the content?! LBC is responsible for our packages and yet they have to ask us for documents/proof when in the first place they are the one who lost the package?!!

I know LBC would write a comment here and say "We apologize for the inconvenience and we shall check on this matter." TELL ME HOW?!!! Tell me how the container went to India and when you received the container back, it WAS EMPTY! (these information was provided by LBC to one of the customers who reached out to me last week who lost a package too). My sister who also works at shipping company told me that the container can't be opened until it reaches the destination point. I know that something is not right and LBC is lying to us!!

Your people won't even give any sympathy for what happened!! There are customers that lost 10 boxes which contained almost their entire lives!! Instead, they would tell you that no matter how many times we complain, they can't do anything about it. WHAT A SHAME!!

Dropped off 5 boxes on April 27, 2024. I have been tracking these boxes and it's always showing error. Finally called their customer specialist and told me estimated arrival is July. Never came, then August, September 28, October 18 so I decided to call again and I was told that 300 boxes were lost in shipping including my 5boxes. Nobody informed us about what happened. Each boxes we spent around $1000 worth on canned goods, medicene, clothing, shoes and others plus shipping. My mom is waiting everyday since July for nothing.

To the management, you are asking me if this issue has been resolved. No yet. We are still patiently waiting for the voucher as promised per our conversation with Jennifer Orante back in October 2024. I didn't know thats how long it would take to send messages thru text. Hopefully you can do something to resolve all your customers claims.

Sent a package on April 27, 2024 and all the reps I talked to were just going in circles about where my package was. Just this last month, they finally said the box was lost and that someone is going to contact me. Since this past month, I have made 4 calls to follow up and no one has contacted me. I will never ever use this service again and will tell others to do the same.

LBC is the most reliable and trustworthy operation for shipping to loved ones in the Philippines. Jason, the manager, is very friendly and helpful guy. Over the years we've shipped over 100 boxes for ourselves and others in our area through LBC Virginia Beach. None of the boxes have ever had an issue making it to their destination. Planning to ship mor boxes in the future ☺️

This company is TERRIBLE ! I usually never write reviews but my family and I want to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. How does this company have 300 boxes of container missing and the point of this company is to ship the boxes overseas & how do you not notify ANYONE that it went missing!!! My family of 6 had at least 10 boxes full of their life things and belongings in there, even medical and sentimental things in there . Most of them isn’t even replaceable, after all that time and effort to pack and move . One of them comes back to the US just to find out it’s all gone.

PLS DO NOT SHIP YOUR BOXES through this company‼️‼️ Not once did they even apologize, such an awful customer service & unreliable !!!

The boxes got “ shipped “ in April 2024 & finally found out October 2024 that it actually never made it to the Philippines. It took a person to fly all the way back to the US and show up to the company to finally find out the truth of the paid boxes that actually went missing the whole time!!! Breaking this news to 4 kids that all their stuff they packed is gone , it’s so sad. I truly pray it doesn’t happen to anyone else . Please be very careful with what company you trust yall! Never again , & never will use this company or recommend to anyone!

I dropped my package off on April 27th and my family back in the Philippines still haven't gotten the package yet!! This is so unacceptable! It's over 5 months now and the customer service keeps lying to us. We have called million times and they will give us different dates when it's already past the date that was previously given to us. And whenever I check the tracking number on their website after the original date of arrival of parcel to manila (june 30) there was always an error. These are the arrival dates that you guys gave us!

JUNE 30TH! Arrival of the package in Manila. I called after that and you gave us a new arrival date which is JULY 30TH, and then I called AGAIN and said it will arrive on AUGUST 28TH!!! Ofcourse I have to call AGAIN and gave us a new date SEP 28TH! I called AGAIN and now they said it will arrive on OCT 18TH. This is frustrating!! Why don't you just tell us what's really going on? Tell us where my package is!! And give us an ACCURATE TRANSIT TIME and I'd definitely appreciate that!!
