Today, I was helped by Jonathan at Vermont location. His customer service was fantastic! The staff are very helpful and kind. The state of the location leaves much to be desired for but I wouldn't blame it on the staff working. I'm just glad the staff are kind and helpful

This location closes earlier than posted time too often. I fight traffic to get there before closing time and too often I find myself knocking on the door just to hear one of the employees in the office tell me they are closed. I hear the same complaints from multiple of my friends and other members of my family from this location. (Answer to your response - If you want to make things better, open and close on time as it is posted on the door.)
