I arranged for a picked up of 1 balikbayan box from my house October 29 2024. it is now February 21 2025 here in the US and yet my package still hasn't arrived at my Philippines address. Your service is beyond unsatisfactory.

LBC is great especially if you need to ship a large amount of items to the Philippines for the lowest cost possible the staff are friendly helpful even will help you repack items if needed best service I received highly recommended if you want to ship to the Philippines. Will definitely come back to this location next time i need to ship items to the Philippines. Thank you for all your hard work.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Can i suggest to please be transparent on prices of items though. I was charged for the box that didn't reflect on the receipt. Paid with credit card.
Also, having done it for the first time, we were confused about which entrance to use, front or back.

I saw the reviews and noticed that phone call gets the lowest. But the reason is that they are working with many customers. Making sure that every package gets to their love ones in proper timing. I noticed this since there is only one person as cashier. Even though it’s not easy for everyone but give them a break. They are wonderful staff. I always bring my packages to them. And always enjoy seeing my family in the Philippines opening their packages and brings the joy to me. Thank you LBC for your hard work you put on a daily basis. God bless

The only safe way to send items to the Philippines! Post office not trustworthy, but LBC delivers Everytime!! Drive to the rear and park your car, knock on the door. If not busy time you can drive right up the ramp into their warehouse where I load boxes and ship easily. Great staff and we have been going here for like 9 years now. Top notch service

They saved me a lot of money in shipping by telling me I shouldn't send my diamond engagement ring in the box with other stuff like food and candy because when it gets scanned in the Philippines the ring will most likely get stolen by the people who scan the boxes. So they do not ship any type of jewelry or any type of liquids or lotions to the Philippines anymore. Jewelry because it gets stolen. So I didn't ship anything!!
