If you will continue to handle transactions/business this way, u may loose your customers. Incompetencies and lack of communications is very important to every business to last longer. Word of mouth/ recommendations of customers based on their experiences is the key for every business to succeed. This is not the first time it happened, the last time we had the same stressful experience was when my recipient is Ernesto Medina. Still, I gave it a try that maybe there will be an improvement. Unfortunately, it happened again and it’s getting worst.

Excellent customer service all around. The gentleman helped me get the huge box out of my suv then headed upstairs to take care of the paperwork and payment - currently only paid $68 dollars for the large box. Dropped off the box early November and family in Manila received the box early January. Happy family all around. When I left the shop I was given a replacement box. I will definitely be coming back soon to send more. Thanks again!

Main location, discount when dropping off here. Super folks, came out to car with a hand truck and helped to unload packages. I did not realize they will give you a replacement box free if charge for every box sent.

Great service and reasonable prices. I was told it is approx 71 days transit by sea from NJ to Manila for Balikbayan boxes. They give a $10 discount if you drop off at this location. Note: they are closed for lunch noon to 1pm.

Sent balikbayan boxes via sea cargo bound for manila, relatives got it a one month earlier than expected. Been using lbc for years and the seacaucus branch is excellent. Keep it up!

If you have any issues with LBC’s services, they have a claims team. Instead of complaining on the internet, their claims dept will get you sorted out.
