My dad and I went to this ACE Hardware hoping to get some advice on small screws, etc. We've gone to the big box stores plenty of times, but don't get the service we needed on this particular day.
As hoped, we were warmly greeted when we came here, and the staff was more than willing to take us to the appropriate section. There they spent time with us to make suggestions on how best to put together the bed with the right product.
While there we also looked up specific light bulbs and batteries which was needed as we moved our family member into her new apartment.
Thank you for giving us the service we needed and wanted.

Small-town feel, with big-box store selection. Great pricing and lots of stock. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They just opened a great new addition for their paint area/supply. Best Hardware store in county. Excellent customer service, the Staff at this store wrote the book on Customer Service. When we need an item or items this is our first stop. Discovered Friday night we were out of a/c filters, I waited until today so that I could buy here. When you think of Hardware, think about Lawrence, Staff knows hardware, Friendly and locally owned.. I have been a customer for over thirty years, never had a reason to change.
