Lived at Landsby for 2.5 years, rented 2 diff 1B apartments (North & South buildings). I do NOT recommend Landsby, here is why:

1. Bad Customer Service from Leasing Office: apt was dirty at move in, informed them, they did nothing. Did not give mail box key, took them a month and multiple visits to follow-up. When my belongings were stolen Leasing was indifferent and responded with “oh yeah that happens we do not guarantee security.”
2. Criminals stealing from storage units inside gated garage: thieves broke into my storage and stole everything, the unit Infront also had the lock broken, police came to investigate, surveyed my neighbors and they all said it’s extremely common.
3. Noise: I could hear everything my upstairs neighbor did and partially next door ones. I could hear washing machine, vacuuming, toilet flushing (North building), walking, talking/singing, (and sadly) certain nightly activities. Also there’s 24/7 beeping from a box near the elevators.
4. Shaking building: South building apt shook when neighbors slammed front doors. Both apts floors shook in the morning, its either trains or the dumpsters being carted around the garage.
5. Inconsistent Service: garage gates and elevators constantly broke down, and the internet worked intermittently. Common areas were cleaned but pet pee stains on the carpets persisted.

HEADS UP: in the 2nd move-out they charged ~$460 of deposit, 1st move-out I got full deposit back.

I've been living at Landsby Apartments for just over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here! From the moment I moved in, the team has been incredibly welcoming and paid attention to every detail.

The property itself is absolutely stunning, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooftop decks and pools are my favorite spots to relax after work, and the co-working spaces have been a lifesaver on busy days when I work from home. The fitness center is top-notch, with plenty of equipment and even wellness studio.

My apartment feels luxurious with its high-end finishes, smart home features, and spacious layout. I also love the convenience of the nearby grocery stores and shopping.

What really stands out, though, is how well-managed this community is. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the leasing office staff is always friendly and eager to help. They've created a real sense of community here, organizing events and making sure residents feel valued.

If you're looking for a place that offers luxury living, a great location, and excellent management, Landsby is it. I'm so glad I decided to call this property home!

I toured a bunch of places, but Landsby was by far the best. The apartments are super modern, the amenities are awesome, and the staff was really professional and helpful. They made the whole leasing process super easy and answered all my deal breaking questions without making me feel like a bother.

I’m moving in a couple of months, and I already know I made the right choice. The vibe here is just different—in a good way. Super excited to call this place home!

Leasing with Landsby has been an amazing experience! The apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and come with great amenities. The management team is responsive, and the leasing process was smooth from start to finish.

The only minor drawback is the parking situation—there’s a waitlist for on-site parking. However, there’s always street parking available, so it’s never been a huge issue. Considering everything else this place offers, it’s  worth it. If you’re looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend it.

Our family has been living at Landsby for almost a year, and we’re enjoying it. Here are some of the highlights:
- The apartments and amenities are top-notch and brand-new, with competitive pricing compared to nearly apartments. Our kids especially love the swimming pools, rooftop decks, food trucks, and movie nights!
- There are two pools, over ten grills, and numerous indoor and outdoor spaces for gatherings, all included at no extra cost. We’ve hosted several events with friends and have never had any issues with amenity availability.
- Landsby’s location is super convenient, with groceries, afterschool, restaurants and cinemas, etc. nearby.
- The management team, particularly Clay and Roman, has been incredibly helpful. Clay went the extra mile to secure our preferred apartment when we first moved in.

Although we initially had concerns about potential noise from neighbors based on some reviews, we haven’t experienced any issues. We have not lost any packages, Doordash deliveries, or same-day Costco orders, etc. Our only suggestion is that the management team improve the internet quality or offer tenants the option to choose their own provider.

Overall, we highly recommend Landsby to future tenants!
