LVT continues to be an industry leader with the latest and most well-maintained fleet in New England. I have spent over 20 years riding with LVT as I tour manage scenic, week-long tours all over America. Their drivers arrive on-time, are well-groomed, and always ready to provide our customers the top in customer service which delivering a smooth, safe ride. LVT's response to inevitable coach-related issues over the years on our tours has been rapid, responsible and reliable. This family-run Vermont company, led by Joel, Josie, Norm, and Zach, is a mom-and-pop shop worth patronizing!

I had a wonderful experience with this bus company. On Thanksgiving Day we left for Boston and on the day of our return to New York we forgot my little son's Nintendo Switch. I communicated with the employees of [email protected], Rhoda Vis and Lexi Follensbee for 10 days. But the Nintendo was not found. After 2 months Rhoda Vis wrote to me that they had found the Nintendo. We communicated and they sent it to my address. I was very impressed by the patience and understanding of the wonderful people who work at this company.

I was stuck behind one of these buses while the driver took his passengers on a sightseeing journey through a touristy part of town (in RI). Driver refused to follow the speed limit, often stopping for the views or going at a blazing fast 5-8mph. Driver also did not pull to the side to allow the backed up traffic to proceed forward. I get these buses are far from agile beasts, but please don't hold up traffic on roads where there are ample opportunities to pull over. It's not like it was a high traffic area after all the driver was going 5-8mph and randomly slowing down as they desired.

Employees were very rude! We were behind on of there busses on the NYS through during a rain storm when we were sprayed with some type of oil that completely covered our car making if impossible to see out the front window l. We had to pull over on the extremely busy highway to try and wipe off the window in order to get to a safe location. We called the company admittedly agitated and the 2 people we spoke to responded with "what do you want us to do?" not "we are sorry". I understand that there isn't much they can do, but the lack of sympathy in what was a very dangerous situation.

While voicing my concerns over there driver not using bus lane for drop offs of students i was told to reschedule my life around the bus. And that this bus companies bussiness was more important than my schedule.

Lamoille valley transportation took us on our trip to maine may 2024, they did a wonderful job ,Arthur was our driver he was so kind and courteous and a great driver, he got us around an accident on the way home or we would've been stuck for hours! Highly recommend this company!

Our excursion from Portland , Me to NYC for Christmas shows and venues and plays and bus driver was super as well as our tour guides from Maine and the NYC guide was very knowledgeable of the history of NYC from old to present day !

Arthur was our driver for our Diamond Tour trip last week May 2024. He was a great driver. Very friendly, polite, courteous and helpful to all the passengers on our trip. We had a lot of fun with him. He got us around a 3 hour traffic jam on the way home or we would have been sitting on the highway forever. We will definitely request him again for any of our trips that Lamoille does for us in the future.
