These guys are the best. When my turbo went out on Christmas Eve, they got me scooped up and delivered to town for repairs in under an hour. Then they went above and beyond when they offered to store my horse trailer at their yard while my truck is repaired. These are good people all around.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They have now gotten me out of two crappy situations, and I cannot be more grateful. They have the best rates out there and are very quick with their servicing. If you’re going to need a tow anywhere in town or even out to another city, they are very well priced. Definitely use this place if you need a tow.

Mark and Deck were hands down the BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! THEY UNDERSTAND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY IS AND THEY DO IT WITH EXCELLENCE! They are friendly, real people with whom I was able to relate well. They were both kind and respectful. They saved our family's plight of being broken down in the middle of nowhere. Ladds is great they got me out of a real jam. I was stuck in some mud and snow at Brianhead and he popped me out no problem. He was fast and polite and knows what's he doing. I'll recommend him to everyone

These guys are awesome! My son and i were stranded on the freeway and other companies gave us the run around. Once i called Ladds they got there in 30 minutes. Clean truck and a safe ride to our hotel. They care about people. I highly recommend. Safe and sound.

Ladd’s is truly INCREDIBLE!!!! We had a very scary accident coming up a snowy mountain and they helped not only myself but also the 2 other cars my family members were driving! The roads were icy but they had the proper equipment to get us and our cars safely to where we needed to go. It was a scary experience for all of us but they made us feel very comfortable and secure. They also helped transport all of our personal belongings out of our cars. They were so personable with all of us and our children. They went above AND beyond to take care of us. I can not thank Laramy, Mark and Ladd’s Towing enough! We are very grateful! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give to them. Call Ladd’s today and use them!! They are a family business and treated us like family!

Saturday night, my truck with under 55,000 miles on it wouldn’t start and was in a business parking lot.. called Ladd’s for a tow and Laramie showed up and got it started so I could drive it to the dealership! And the service fee was way less than I expected!! Thank you Ladd’s and thank you, Laramie!
