Not sure if the check in where you’re comfortable feature works very well. I checked in from my car and never got a text. I went inside myself when it got to be 5 mins after my 10am appointment time. But once I was inside, everything was great. It was easy to find on the 2nd floor, the receptionists were friendly, and I was taken back in under 2 minutes. The lady that took my blood was very kind. She didn’t make me feel bad for being scared and needing to look away. It was also not painful. Thank you.

Wow! Two days in a row coming in at 7:15 and 7:30….. only to then sit (lucky I got a seat!) in the waiting area for 36+ min while not one person got called in. So, now, 13 of us piled in the waiting room….. some had appointments and some of us are walk-in. I recommend finding another lab. Wait! The first patient just got called back at 8:07.

I got some bloodwork done at this location today and wanted to shoutout Monique. She was so friendly and thorough with the process. I really appreciated her ease and help when this isn't something people look forward to. I will be back to the location!

This has got to be the worst labcorp I’ve been to by far. Every single time I come here they always give me ridiculous excuses and nothing ever gets done. Absolutely ridiculous and childish. You want to get a test done? Don’t come here. It won’t get done.

I checked in online which was fine, front desk was great. I've been going to this location for several years for routine blood work.

Why 1 star though when everything else went smoothly? Year over year I swear they recruit phlebotomists based on how painful they can make the experience. I've had blood draws elsewhere, I know they don't have to hurt.

Two techs tried to get blood from me and were unable to. Left me with mangled arms digging around. Avoid at all costs.

Great experience at this location. The receptionist Jessie was welcoming & professional. Arrived a few minutes early before my 11:30 appt & was called back within a few minutes by the lovely Shae. I'm a hard one to poke & it's usually not pleasant but Shae found a vein on the 1st attempt. Also, enjoyed chatting about our teenagers.

Made an appointment online just for general lab work to have my vitamin levels tested, the only message I got about what to bring said to bring my ID. I drive 30 minutes here, check in, and then they told me I needed a doctors order. They didn’t tell me beforehand, call me, or email me asking me if I had one. There was no communication about what to bring or if I needed to ask a doctor to get an order sent over. I wasted over an hour getting there, finding the place, and then being told no and having to hurry to try and contact my doctor. Just for me to have to leave without getting my blood drawn.
