great place to go for milkshakes and food. i went out of state just to try it and it was IMMACULATE!!!!! the cheese fries especially. Best food ive had in awhile, publically. They’re very quick with orders too. It’s also fairly cheap imo. my only gripe is the dirty tables and slightly crammed sitting space. But the good food absolutley outweighs it
clean up your messes, though. especially if you have children

There were no bathrooms, so for little kids and ice cream, that was inconvenient. However the ice cream varieties were awesome. It was packed when we went and the dinning area was not big family friendly. Lots of booths, but they filled fast!

Our experience tonight was extremely disappointing. We put in an order online, and upon arrival, were completely ignored when calling the number provided. After about a 10 minute wait we went inside, where we were informed that there was no order. The girl at the register was very nice, but didnt know what to do so she called someone from the back. I didn't catch her name but she had glasses. She very rudely said that she wasn't going to argue when showed that the order was infact sent, and money was taken from our account. Magically, when she began l rooting around in the computer, the purchase refunded. Normally I would let a lackluster performance like this roll of my back, but this is not the first bad experience we've had. It's been fairly consistent, and something needs to be done about the diminishing quality, and the lackluster customer service.

We drove an hour just to try the shakes and they did not disappoint! The special shakes come in a plastic mug with a straw and they give you lids. The restaurant its self is small and very crowded when it gets busy.

Food was great, so are the milk shakes. We’ve been a couple times and my only complaint is it’s very small and over crowded. Tonight when we went there was a large family with a lot of children and they misbehaving, one of them flung ice cream over to our table in my daughter’s hair. I feel like if the parents aren’t going to make them behave maybe the staff should come out and say something. That’s my only critique, food is great!

I came in at 8:20pm knowing they closed at 9 but no one else was ordering and just a few were sitting with drinks. I ordered a footlong chili cheese dog w onions and mustard and a ribeye steak sandwich, some jalapeño poppers and a chocolate shake. I put a 20 dollar bill in the tip jar and said thanks. There was no mustard on the dog and the ribeye sandwich was maybe 3 ounces on a cheap white but with nothing else on it. The poppers were just 4 frozen run-of-the-mill appetizers but they were $5. I must have done something to piss them off in a past life. Hope the right person gets the tip

I really loved the peanut butter delight shake. Burgers and chicken sandwich taste exceptionally great. So many flavors of ice cream to choose from. Highly recommend stopping here if you never have.

Great service great wait time everyone was super kind I got the funnel fries and they were amazing, I also got the Shake your shamrock shake and it was great I just wished it had a little bit more of a caramel taste other than that it was wonderful!
