Not a fan… I might have high standards having lived in Seattle and LA- we came about 40 minutes before close but they were closing up and only taking to go orders… not a problem… My main disappointment is the food the flavor just wasn’t there to me. The bao buns seemed like they were out of a pack somehow…

They had a lot of options for drinks and very few for ramen… Everything just gave me trendy vibe more than authentic…
Service was cool, guys answered my questions and chatted with me recommending option while we waited for food…

we got the spicy tonkatsu and the garlic ramen…. I was not impressed my girl liked hers… but the noodles reminded me of pack top ramen and there were only two small pieces of pork in both orders… I’m fact the orders looked exactly the same only the broth was different… just screens lazy and unimaginative to me… try if your desperate but I won’t be back

Milk tea, service, and atmosphere were great. Love their milk tea more than anyone else’s.

The ramen is pretty good, not amazing but good. Pork bun was not good, sauce was super strong and over powered the whole thing.

If you are coming for the tea: 5 stars. Everything else is just meh.

Enjoyed tonkatsu spicy ramen and Thai tea. Service was very friendly and food was served quick and hot. Very flavorful and ingredients were fresh tasty. Very pleased with my experience today. Definitely will return.

This is more a review for customer service.

We went to this location last night a little over an hour before close. We are greeted with a warning that we won't be able to dine in since it's within an hour of close. I look at my phone and see we are 6 minutes before an hour to close. I'm a bit annoyed as it seems arbitrary. I'll wipe the table down...sheesh!

To go from that to one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time? What a treat. Andy said he was just a sub there but he was amazing. AMAZING. He walked us through what he likes and why he likes it. It didn't feel like he was selling to us. It felt like he was sharing his earnest view and I felt it. I tell you - this dude can run for Congress. He's super likeable and his manner was perfect.

Example - we ordered a bunch of boba teas (so we thought) but one didn't have boba. We probably didn't specify but my wife is pretty pregnant and I could see her bobaless treat was starting to get her going. She's non confrontational. No problem...I'll ask for add in boba. Or I'll just buy a new one. Andy SWOOPS up our cup "I'll remake it. Don't even sweat it" and you felt it, man! He was just so darn nice. I want the best things for Andy. I'm sad it's not our closest Kung Fu Tea & Token Ramen and I'm sad that he's "just a sub". I'd buy a car from this dude.

Food: It was our first time but we will definitely be going back. The tapioca pearls were perfect. The tea is very customizable. We didn't get ramen as we had to order to go but he explained how customizable that is too. The appetizers we got were great. The chicken quality for the teriyaki sticks were a big hit in our party.

Excited to go back. But just wanted to gas up Andy here publicly since he was so great. He is for sure a big part of that.

It was a great all around experience. Admittedly, I got my order to go, but everything seemed to be flowing pretty well. The lady who took my order was great and whoever the young man is who got me my water.. the black garlic ramen was delicious but the braised beef was my favorite 😍!

My family loves Asian food so this place was on the “want to go” list. We were satisfied with our visit. Inside clean and tidy. The staff is very attentive. The order was cooked very quickly. This is one of the tastiest ramen I've had in the area. In general, there were no complaints about the dishes. Excellent Bobba tee. Definitely we will back.
