The employees were more worried about singing and goofing off then making food. My sundae was freezee burned. Also put in the same bag as hot desserts. Bought the glazed donut bites, the entire thing of glaze wasnt in the box but the bag. It went all over my car.

Place has went down hill since last time I was there. Employee was nice but the food was disgusting. Chili cheese pup tasted like it wasn't cooked. Which ended up throwing them away.

Not as tasty as other locations. Not sure why. Seamed the seasoning while being steam-grilled may have been forgotten. Only one person taking orders inside, running the drive-thru and doing the cooking. Everything was stone cold. Did not return to the counter. I'm not a fan of adulterated food. Another item... what a bizarre parking lot and contorted route in and out of the drive-thru. Definable not large pickup truck friendly. Lastly, the traffic light you encounter upon exiting is one of the longest in the county.

Used Drive thru and the workers were disrespectful and unprofessional,when I tried to eat a hamburger the meat smelled rotten and looked rotten,I won't waste my time getting it replaced because I cannot get past the smell to eat another one ever,someone sooner or later will get very sick from the Krystal's in Florence if not already,

“Open until 12am” but we pulled up at 11 and they told us they were closed… Either update the hours or stay open until you are supposed to.

The parking lot is horrible!!! The employees at the drive thru are hostile and I literally thought this girl was gonna hit me. We ended up throwing out our food after waiting for 20 minutes. We were honest to God scared they’d poison our food and when we got home just was like no I’m throwing it away. They wouldn’t have given us our money back anyway. I swear the girl working the window like I was afraid she might pull a gun and shoot me. I wasn’t even being a problem customer. She was just so aggressive and mean. No name tag or anything. She was tall and kinda a big girl. She just didn’t seem okay mentally at all like she was severely mentally ill like one of the scary psychopathic type. The manager working with her was extremely rude too. She was a short lady and very thin. I just had an overall eerie feeling. My husband just said go ahead and pay he was scared too so we were just trying to play it cool. We will never ever be back. I’d never had an experience quite like this. It was horrifying and I still can’t believe how rude they were and the cashier was so hostile. I am not over exaggerating any of this. This was in March. I really really hope things have changed by now. I worked here many years ago and could of not gotten away with this. That was 25 years ago though when people actually appreciated their jobs and for the most part treated the customers right.

Went through drive through at 9:45 pm got food at 10:05 turns out it was all Ice Cold took it back to the window have been waiting 45 minutes for our food and only had 2 workers. They need to do better. Will not be back
