Took us 8 hours to clear our cargo from customs and this place. Woman behind the computer was just plain rude when asked a simple question that dared questioned the way she does her job. They gave us the biggest run around and half the time they shrugged their shoulders and said "go back to customs" while customs said the same exact thing. Sorry you hate your job lady but not my problem. Thankfully I'll never have to deal with her or Korean airline cargo again.

Horrible, absolutely Horrible. I checked in at 5:50am, security person said they open at 6am. I'm still here waiting to get my trailer unloaded and it's now 7:30am.. I will definitely let the shipper know i will not transport anything to Korean Air cargo.

They put on hold for more than 40 minutes without any explanation. How many phone call can they answer during the day? I called them at 3:00 pm. Now it's almost 4:00pm. Today is April 28th, 2020. Poor services.

Dear Korean airlines, please have a security managing the drivers outside. A door should be given to ONLY those who have processed paperwork FIRST.
Also, why do you have an EXPRESS DOCK 10pcs or less - another dock 20pcs weighing 1000lbs or less, and a 3rd express dock for 20pcs or less. And yet you allow 53foot trailers or bobtails to back in and pick up way more then the limit. What is the point of those docks if drivers who are here to pick up the amount or less that is stated on the docks, can't get those docks ?
You guys need a better system. Other airlines have traffic management outside so these problems don't occur.
