I thought the other buildings where bad but this one tops it off it’s sad that drivers have to go thru this 4+ waiting hours for a couple boxes

I came at 11.45am is 5.45pm and still waiting a door one reason is because of this flat bed truck that they Block you so you dont go inside a dock and other of them can go and no one do nothing.... and there other driver waiting for more time waiting and when you ask for a manager or supervisor they only make the excuse there's no manager/supervisor this place ig any driver come to pick up bring extra lunch because you will be more th 4 or 5 or maybe 6 hours waiting...😡 8.35pm Just loaded

If 0 stars would be possible this place would receive it. The agents processing paperwork do their jobs efficiently however the warehouse staff picks and choose who they’d like to help. 4 hours to pick up 1 box. Nobody here cares how long you’ve been waiting. Their favorite line is “ wait on someone to call you” and you’ll be waiting for hours. Would not recommend shipping here.

First of all I don’t understand how this kind of place exists in US, this is more related to the third world countries where disorganization and corruption is normal. Starting from docking, paperwork and loading, nothing is functioning as supposed to be in the decent company!

I had the misfortune into being served by the crazed Caribbean forklift operator who started barking at me like he's used to do at the truckers waiting there. Apparently everyone avoids him. He quickly learned it was my private shipment and that I don't go for his type of crassness. He settled down quick and got back to work, which to be fair, should be shoveling manure and not handling cargo. Most employees there are the crudest and rudest the country has to offer. What they are allowed to get away with is insane.

This is the most horrible place to pick up the load because of all the employees from doing the paperwork to the forklift driver and even the managers. They don’t value your time and ignores your presence . I have never seen such a third class people and disorganized management in America. They don’t respects you or neither answers your questions even if you ask them several time . I am glad I got out of there after 5 hours of waiting from my appointment time for 1box . I felt like humanity has faded long time ago being around this place for few hours.
