I’m finally writing this after years of terrible pharmacy service due to the fact that lately it takes numerous trips to get a prescription. Multiple times I’m told “can we have that reafy in two days?” and when I answer no, that I need my medication sooner, I’m told 30 minutes over and over. The only reason I still go here is because Walgreens is even worse.

Busy pharmacy on evenings and weekends but amazing staff! I don't care for the customers who are rude to pharmacy staff who all work very hard! And are very helpful and professional.

I'm amazed at the negative reviews of the Lyndonville Kinneys. Whenever I go in there the people are friendly & helpful. The store is clean & nicely arranged. The Pharmacy is always friendly, & if they are short staffed, they apologize. But the wait is never that long. Kinney is our go to choice.

Every single time I come here they either charge me for someone else's meds, try and make me pay out of pocket, or tell me I have no insurance. I'm a combat veteran with 100% service connection and us army retired, oh ya I totally don't have insurance LMFAO
