Terrible experience! The technician was not a skilled guy. Though he did not bring a replacement for the broken lock, he insisted to uninstall everything on the door for an inspection . He dropped the part accidently during the inspection, breakinng the strake at the bottom of the door and the tile, but refused to compensate for it. And what's worse, our smart lock does not work after he put it back! He even charged us $700 dollars, for doing nothing!!! Ridiculous!!!!

The keys worked for my building however they cannot open my door. They are able to open all the external doors and worked well but not the electronic lock on my door unfortunately.

really poor service, the technician came really rude, and got phone call ask me who was my technician and how was the service. In addition, the price they asking is really high, $250 without guarantee fix the door key.

Noticed this Kiosk in a market new to me last week. I had been needing to get keys made, yet did not want to return to Home Depot, as the quality was substandard. Was going to try another local hardware store, and then stumbled onto this option. A little pricey, however, it was worth it for the convenience, time efficiency, and quality. Works better than the key I used to make the copies. Will definitely recommend, and use again, myself, if ever needed in the future.
