This MHC Kenworth in Kansas City deserves 25 stars. Top top rated this is my second time here. My water pump went bad my cooler pressuring cap was bad, Hoses to the heater core. I was in Chicago when all this started going bad no dealerships or Kenworth could get me in for days or get parts called up MHC in Kansas City. And and the service representative his name is STORM. Is very very knowledgeable, the education and the training that he received is top notch hear storm is outstanding, I arrived Wednesday night December 21. At 18:00 checked in and work was completed by 2300 hours The mechanic NATHAN was very professional and did an outstanding job detected all the problems needed. I am very very happy with the work that they do here, my boss is extremely happy with MHC Kenworth. As we deal with Kenworth all over the country. Like I said everywhere in the country you cannot get in the Kenworth or any other truck service for days Texas they have a week wait, Ohio has a weak weight Illinois Chicago 3 to 5 day wait. Gentlemen, owner operators fleet service this MHC Kenworth keeps America going. Thank you MHC Kenworth in Kansas City , So management and the owner of MHC please take notice of your great great staff you are truly blessed to have great personnel and dedicated workers like. I have visited this dealer for my obsessive thoughts about engine and turbo noise. Mr Trevor McStoots, service manager, welcomed me and inspected my truck and showed me another truck and explained everything in details. I’m really surprised bc he was a real professional who knew his job and he helped me a lot. I have been before in Texarkana and Little Rock so I was not expecting such a support. If I have an issue, I wish I have no issue with Truck😁, I will definitely visit Peru, IL. Thanks Trevor 🙏

OTR Driver here. Good check in, prompt service, had to order parts for bunk heater repairs. About 3 days total checkin to final. They have a nice Drivers Lounge, washer/dryer, microwave, vending machines for snacks/drinks, driver shower separate in Men Rm. Now the reason for 4 stars and not 5, their shower was no hot water, I shared that with them n next day said it was fixed, nope still cold, the other thing is I had asked for the front collar ring that goes on bunk heater hose to be installed n was told it would happen (my truck was missing it), well that didn't happen so no go n no further communication on that when left. Anyways for the most part their a good shop with very friendly good technicians. Not a 24/7 shop but open everyday except Sunday. Would I come back here, Yes I would because I believe they want to do all they can to keep you going n happy. Thanks to Jake on the later shift for keeping the flow going on my bunk heater repairs. So far bunk heater works great. They do try to get you going from checkin to checkout. Just I mention the above flaws,so can get corrected.

This place was a life saver, I need a coolant cap and even though I drive a western star their customer service was fast and friendly and managed to get me one that fit my truck. Very nice staff and very clean and welcoming environment. Thank you Kenworth.

Quick and professional as far as repairs go.Very helpful with the warranty especially premium 2000. Definitely recommend 5 stars for the night shift. I am a little late on my review but this has been a great experience. Keep on trucking!

The dude at parts Jose is just lazy. He’s pretending to be on the phone and can’t get orders. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Get this rude person out of there.

Worst place to get batteries change . After 4 batteries change labor is 258$ and they don’t even clean the connection. Now today I’m at the another shop and they find out what kinda poor job kenworth machanic did . Took 2 hours to install the batteries and the manger told me they give me a favor to install the batteries and they don’t much time to clean up the connections .
