This review is specifically for the new Anchorage warehouse. I think I had the pleasure of being the first pick up! I have used other freight forwarding companies extensively since 2018, and they were always great, but I loved my experience with KFF’s new Anchorage location. Other companies I have worked with have you submit for a quote and make the purchase for you. I loved that I had the ability to do the purchase myself as then I had the the ability to easily utilize any discount codes I had, I received the original order information for my records, and tracking information from the company to the fife warehouse so I knew where it was in the travel process without having to inquire. The ordering process was a learning curve due to what I’m used to but the email you receive upon completing the customer contract was clear and I reached out on Instagram with additional questions and they were quickly responsive and helpful. The warehouse is centrally located in midtown and super easy to access. I am super happy with my experience and will continue to use KFF!

Kenai Freight Forwarders is a convenient service if you’re an individual shopping on occasion! The owner and contact has very little patience dealing with people, she is not friendly and is not easy to work with’. If you have a business where you’re very busy and you do a lot of shipping with a lot of volume she is hard to work with and not overly willing to make accommodations. It’s also about twice the price as other freight forwarders I’ve found and those deliver to my front door. Overall, if you needed a personal item and you don’t have to deal with the owner in person I’d order and use this service but for large volume and sometimes necessary accommodations this is not your place. Go elsewhere you’ll get better and cheaper service.

Since I can’t respond I will just add here. Your response we both know is not completely factual, and it also completely validates my review! Thank you! I won’t address all the issues as it’s pointless! Also thank you for cancelling my contract and sending the email that says you will no longer accept my freight! I have already moved all of my business so it worked out well for both of us! The new company is amazing! I pay about 50 cents a pound and they deliver it to my door and I don’t even have to be there! It’s been perfect for my life that is highly unpredictable and filled with many challenges!

Great service, and competitive process. Ive used them multiple times this year and even had larger items like a skid steer attachment and a transmission shipped with them. They notify when your item leaves FIFE and when it arrives in kenai, then they are quick to respond to scheduled pick ups.
