My experience with Kelly Stafford was just as I expected! She is a very competent and professional PA and definitely represents the practice quite well. She was extremely thorough in her diagnosis of my problem and her plan of action has me very relieved in knowing I'm in good hands! Kelly was great during my three month recovery from a foot fracture accident. The entire staff made me feel comfortable every time I visited and Kelly was very knowledgeable and informative on how the recovery process would be for my specific fracture. I moved to North Carolina in 2018 and was experiencing severe ankle pain. My only choice was to see Kelly as she was the 1st person that I could get in to see. She was the most joyful loving caring person and person and at the same time very Blunt straightforward about what need ed to happen. I need ed to have a revision surgery And it was extensive and it got done very quickly by doctor Cohen and she was the follow up physician she has always been very kind real.

Kelly was very efficient in removing my splint and stitches. She started my appt. more than 10 minutes early. She answered my questions knowledgeably. She also answered my daughter’ s questions about my X-ray results. While getting stitches out and having a cast put on is not the most pleasant experience, Kelly made it as pleasant as it could be.

Mixed. Employees didn’t appear happy and were robotic. Yes, a late Friday afternoon. You’d think you’d see happy faces. However, Kelly was the bright spot. When you have pain and unsure what is wrong, Kelly will rest your mind. Positive, efficient and knowledgeable

Experience at Ortho Carolina is always above par, this visit with doctor Stafford was very good and felt personal. She takes the time to ask the right questions, perform a thorough examination, and has good semiology practices to determine course of action in reaching a diagnosis and coming to a solution for treatment. I am quite happy to be her patient for my ankle pain.
