Planning stopped running me because I took time off around the holidays because my grandma died. (This woman raised me and I wasn’t going to miss any part of her funeral or celebrations just because of a job)

Unfortunately, it happened right before the holidays in late, November. So as you could imagine, not only were the holidays an emotionally burdening experience this year, but they were now also financially burdening.

I kept asking for work and they kept lying to me telling me that there was no work (When they hire you, they tell you there is TONS of work, ALWAYS).

As a contractor, it is your decision when you will work. And if you’re not constantly running, they become very petty. I’ve heard and seen it from multiple other drivers.

I spoke with HR trying to find a solution, but the HR rep, Princess, made up a lie that people had complained about me asking them to help back up the truck. I know for a fact, this was a lie because two out of my three partners only spoke Spanish and didn’t really communicate with them to begin with. Plus, I kept in contact with them afterwards and they thought that was crazy because none of them complained about me. In fact, we had some great runs together. ALSO, if you need help backing up, that’s the one time you’re allowed to wake up your partner. They even SUGGEST you do this. And my partners were very forgiving and very helpful considering I am a new driver. They were very kind and helped me every time.

Just In Time Cargo exhibited actions of retaliation against me for taking time off of work, made up lies, and told me to find another company. They really did me dirty.

Now I am struggling to find another company with the same amount of home time. It is also difficult to find a job because I didn’t make my three month mark, which is what most companies require as acceptable experience.

They left me with a terrible impression of this company. Beware.

I called this company to try to get hired by them and the lady wants me to go do all the leg work when all they got to do is run my license through their insurance this place is a joke, I explained I had an accident last year on my motorcycle and she wanted me to go get a police report. I applied for another company and they did all that themselves I just had to give them access to clearing House unlike these clowns here maybe it was a clown that I talked to on the phone I'm not sure

These people are psychotic liars. WE did one shipment for them from CA to Carlisle, PA that picked up and delivered on time with them having proof of delivery at 11 am when drivers got them from the receiver. They are Liars and made any excuse possible to slash our rate. At the end once high value load was delivered without any issues they deducted $550 claiming we were 2 hrs late..... They know we'd take them to court it's more the opportunity cost is not there for us to waist our time. We filed against their bond company but they claimed we have to press charges. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EITHER YOUR CARRIER OR SHIPPER.. THEY ARE LIARS AND PSYCHOTIC. Gabriel Georgescu is their Lying COO or he claims to be. They have no trucks or equipment.
