My daughter was on vacation on her 23rd birthday and I desperately wanted a cake delivered to her. Thank goodness for Just Better Delivery. What an amazing company. They were helpful, kind, made great suggestions and delivered the cake on time. They even sent me pictures of what they delivered.
I was so happy! Their customer service was above and beyond. I wish they lived where I do because I would use them often!

I was incredibly touched by the love and care Vaughyn showed to me and my dear friend who lost her beloved cat. They had so much kindness and empathy and arranged such a beautiful bouquet to honor her. They sent updates every step of the way, and went above expectations throwing in a vase and finding a neighbor when my friend was not home at the time of delivery. It's funny to say but was almost like family. I hope I have an oppportunity to use them again in the future. You're in good hands!

I used Just Better Delivery to pick up two catered lunch orders and deliver to a rental house (where my company's sales meeting was being hosted) at the Tahoe Donner Ski Area. Vaughyn communicated really well and asked each morning if I needed anything additional for the pickup. Delivery was on time and included all items. Great customer service and highly recommend!

Vaughn was fantastic! Super responsive and friendly and made my task of setting up a surprise birthday cake and balloons to wait in a hotel room for guests ridiculously easy and worry-free. Will definitely use him and Just Better Delivery again if I have needs in the Tahoe area again.

Cannot say enough great things about this service. Vaughn and Michelle have the best customer service and are so accommodating. Not only did they deliver and unpack all of our groceries at the start of our trip, but they were available for multiple dinner recommendations and deliveries while we were snowed in. They really made out family vacation easy breezy.

Such amazing service! I used Just Better Delivery to send a friend a birthday gift and Vaughyn and Michelle went above and beyond to get everything and deliver it to her hotel within the same day that I requested the service. I cannot say enough positive things about this service! Vaughyn and Michelle were amazing! From the minute I placed the order to the delivery, they communicated every step of the way! They delivered everything to our condo unit and unpacked it making it so easy for us to arrive and just feel at home! You will not regret using this service!
