We were cooking dinner and the kitchen sink starting leaking into the cabinet so much we had to put down a towel. We called and they said they would send someone, no one ever showed up. Called again, front desk didn't know where they were so I said just forget it. Tried to get a front office manager the next morning, i was given his card so i emailed him, no response. Tried to call the ownership office, no answer, no operator and no way to get a human on the phone. This is what upscale resort means?

Hot water system is unstable, we had to take cold showers. When asked to switch a room, the front desk says they are fully booked so they can’t give us another room, but the parking garage looks all empty. After I questioned that they offered a room but we had to pick up the key at the front desk because there is only one staff in this entire resort, the front desk lady. Their phone is also not working. Beds are super soggy and have no back support. While we were waiting to check in, we also heard another guy complaining about the door keep kept not working for him everyday he comes back for rest. Safe your troubles and stay away from this “resort”.

If you are lookin for peace and quiet in the PM it does not happen. Took much noise overnight. There is no AC (like most places here) and during the warm summer months, you need to leave your windows open for cool air. Except so many people don’t adhere to the quiet time between 10-7. And Juniper Springs isn’t centrally managed - they are individual condos. And the property manager does nothing. Won’t stay here again. Weill look for a different option in the future.

Pool not functional, sent to another pool which was closed. Mice in the room coming out of the fireplace. Has agreed to refund me money, but 2 months after still absolutely nothing...!

Stayed in room 442. Nice and cozy , we had everything we needed in the kitchen also very nice view from our bedroom. Great service too 👍

Nice and cozy suites. Unfortunately, there’s no free breakfast but there’s a kitchen in the suite which is a plus. Nice hotel.
