Stuck in the mud? Call Jay!!!!! He definitely went out of his way to come help my son get his truck out of the mud. He and his crew drove an hour and a half away in the middle of the night with one phone call and no hesitation to help. Don’t even think about asking anybody else he definitely gets the job done and his customer service is amazing. I don’t know too many businesses that perform like that.thank you Jay and crew.

I had J come out to my house in Sanders, Arizona on a Sunday. My car had been sitting for over two years and needed a tow all the way back to Show Low. J arrived on time and took care with hooking up and loading our vehicle. He also offered peace of mind by texting us to confirm so that that way when we drove from Showlow for two hours that we knew he would be there. My U-Haul trailer lost some tread on the driver side wheel and wasn’t safe to keep driving (going from South Carolina to Northern California). I still had about 5 plus hours left of driving. I had my two cats and dog with me and driving alone for the last 4 days and wasn’t in a great headspace. Jay showed up earlier than expected and was so incredibly kind to me and got me back on the road in minutes. People like him remind me of the good in this world. Called J and he answered right away and got out to me quick i was 1.5 hours away and he was there in 2 hours from the phone call! Got stuck in the mud and was out in about 20-30 mins. Thanks again J for the speedy response and saving our camping trip haha!

Jay is the man. He chose to come for our tow in the middle of nowhere dirt roads at night on valentines and ended up not being able to get to us after an hour plus of phone tag trying. This was not an emergency. He rescheduled for early in the morning and was on time. I was fortunate to ride and have a good conversation with this man. His character is tremendous. I can imagine 90% of anyone else would of been upset about the night before but Jay was courteous and professional and I recommend anyone to choose Jays service over the next. We have to support great business where they still exist. Thank you Jay.

Jay came to help when my truck died in the middle of the road. He had me loaded up and moving again within 15 minutes of calling him.
