Mr. Jonathan has been a true blessing for the services that he has provided for my son. He took his time to get to know the case presented to him and listened to us. I felt that we were in good hands with Jonathan C. Frank & Associates🙌. After speaking with him the first time, we were very confident about the services that he was going to provide. We had an agreement in January and we spoke on paying installmentally , everyone knows you pay a lawyers final payment after the job is done, i paid half of it hoping to see some progress a month later in February, i reach out and he had done nothing then he insisted i must pay the full balance prior to proceeding . I let him know i don't have the full balance but as soon as he's done i will give it to him. He refused. I told him ok no problem refund the 750 originally paid since at this point nothing haa been done , and when i get the full amount I'll reach out. He then said there's no need for a refund since he's known me for over 5 years he'll go ahead and finish up the agreement and then collect the balance, remember this was in february, 2 months later in april i reach out about the progress he ignored my calls and texts then finally may 19th; 5 months after agreement. he responds and tells me he hadn't taken it seriously that he pushed it to the back . I'm confused as to why , we go back and forth and he eventually tells me to come get my money back, i go there expecting my 750 back but he keeps me waiting for over 30 minutes then hands me 580 saying he took 170 for consultation fee. There was never a consultation fee mentioned not prior to our meeting, not at our meeting ,not prior to our agreement, not in February when we had a second agreement, not in the whole 5 months of waiting for progress, now all of a sudden a consultation fee appears because he's refunding my money. Beware of Jonathan Frank . He'll do you dirty if he doesn't consider you a top paying client..

He has not return any of my calls, he has took my money and have not given me the service I need. He just lets your case go by for months and never call you back again.
