We came here after what would be considered a normal lunch rush. We and other customers had to clean our own tables. Staff were not paying attention to the front of the house. This is a chain fast food restaurant. I tried the 3 pc chicken tender meal. The size of the tenders were underwhelming, especially in comparison to the size of the box. The taste of the chicken was okay. It was juicy, but nothing to rave about. I tried the pineapple BBQ as that was the only BBQ sauce they had. It has a slightly odd taste. The fries were okay as well. The food was overpriced compared to other major fast food chicken establishments that taste better.

You are given a pager to retrieve your meal from the counter when it is ready.

Ordered in the app for my son’s birthday, Jollibee is his favorite, drove 80 miles to pickup my order and arrived 25 minutes later than my scheduled pickup time. They had my order waiting, I placed it in a cooler for the ride home and everything was still warm when I arrived home. My son was very happy and the food was delicious! Oh and spicy chicken is actually spicy!

Jollibee is truly a unique and refreshing take on fast food. Straight from the Phillipines with a unique menu featuring fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, spaghetti (unique!), Adobo rice, and other delicious treats. This location was even staffed by a majprity of Filipinos. Very clean, bright, fun and welcoming. Things were pretty busy and somewhat chaotic so it took a little time before I could get my order in. They gave me a buzzer like at more high end establishments. No need to yell at customers or keep checking screens when the orders are ready. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. And one of the few times where the food actually matches that in the photos! Not some squashed and sofgy sandwhich but a plump and juicy one with crispy breading. How it should be! Looking forward to return next time I am in the area.

If you're not eating the Amazing Aloha Burger, what are you doing with your life? Double patty for that double juicy along with a slice of pineapple for extra juicy! This burger is far from dry. Pineapple on burger should be the new norm! It's the perfect ingredient to balance the saltiness from the bacon. This is my go-to meal. I don't need to try anything else. Although I say that, I've also tried their Chickenjoy Fried Chicken. Personally, I'm not a fan of normal fried chicken but Jollibee is where I'd go for if I'm craving it. This restaurant knows how to keep everything fresh and juicy.

We planned on coming here instead of all the way to Jacksonville. This was a part of our trip and got food to go for Legoland. The place was nice. Came here early before it opened. The staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn't understand the Viet girl at first but understood when she slowed down what she was saying. Nonetheless it was a good day to visit Jollibee. Too bad Red Ribbon closed down, maybe of all the bad reviews.

Waiting for my appointment with Spectrum next door.. I highly recommend arrive early and enjoy the wait, or stop here before you leave. My first time at Jollibee

This Chicken is awesome. Why not make the special trip? I WILL BE Going back and taking my friends..

This Aloha Chicken Sandwich was too big to bite, so I pecked at it. I am wanting to try the other flavors. Tried the original today.. good Oct 16.. and bought a 6 pack of Ube pies..

Ive been to the Phillipines twice, beautiful country, wonderful people, and this Jollibee is a must experience for chicken lovers.

The spicy chicken was delicious. The potatoes was ok lees and kfc and Popeyes are way better. I did not like that you could not order a chicken breast. Did not like you could not get any type of bread biscuit or dinner role. Fries was not very good. Honey mustard, ranch and BBQ sauce were good. My son ordered the spicy chicken sandwich he stated it was delicious and my other son ordered bacon cheese chicken sandwich it was delicious and he would get it again. Didn't like that the utensils were not wrapped and the touch all over them. The manager was very friendly. He new it was our first time and gave us a free pie. My son loved it. I would definitely go back if I was in the area again.

I live in Sarasota so once or twice a year I come up here with some friends and we order a lot! We’re never disappointed in what we have but I am disappointed that several menu items have been removed in the past couple of years…and it’s at all their locations in the U.S. not just this location…. Overall always a great experience though! Update 11-3-24 Another great visit from Sarasota!!
