I needed an ignitor for my furnace and I'm not a contractor so they made it clear that there are no refunds or exchanges. I showed them the part number of the exact item and expected that being experts, they would provide me with the exact part. The part number was no where on the box but they opened the box to show what the top looks like. When i got home and took the part out of the box, it didnt look right. Well it turned out it wasn't the correct part and I couldn't take it back. To top it off, it cost more than I normally get it for. I found another place to purchase these and will never go back to Johnstone. Johnstone was so much closer but I'm out $50 plus I have to buy another part. Shame on you Johnstone!

I bought pressure reducing valve yesterday for $179.99 plus tax
The same valve Ferguson got for 63.00 plus tax I can’t return it (store policy)

They are over price for every products
Never do the business with Johnston supply
