Office hours is until 7 pm on your website but when we arrived at 5:10, it was closed. It seems like the store had changed their hours of service but forgot to change on their website. Please update your website because this caused us a lot of inconvenience, gas, and time wasted.

Sent one phone thru them, no issues. My friend picked up at their Makati office. Apparently their office was not easy to find there. Jersey City Office has parking issues, so if you are driving, take someone with you who can either sit in the car while you park on the curb (maybe illegally). Service is good, prices reasonable -- $39 for a phone including any taxes. I took my box open and sealed it in their presence. Items take 1 week or more to get to PH, and you should find out their cut off time and what dates they have cargo leaving USA.
